Groove Synthesis 3rd Wave Desktop Announced

Its no secret that the 3rd Wave from Groove Synthesis was one of our favorite units on the review table this year, truly a monster and very impressive as a first synth from a new company. And the sound...

However, there's also no denying that its a chunk. Of change as well as weighty.

Now 3rd Wave have introduced the Desktop version, which:

The compact, keyboardless version has all of the power, features, ins and outs of the full keyboard and retains a nearly knob-per-function front panel, which makes it just as easy to program and use.

So that's 24 voices, 4-part multi-timbral, each layer with 2x FX engines, each voice with  3 wavetable oscillators, four LFOs, 4 ADSR, 3x wave envelopes and two filters.

And you can carry it....

Available from November 2023, priced at $3495 (around $1500 less).
