At the Audio Engineering Convention in Los Angeles, the Alesis Corporation of America announced that its Andromeda 6 analog keyboard - previewed way back at the NAMM show in February - will ship in November with an RRP of $3,499. And, just in case we thought it was never going to turn up, there's an added incentive: a special edition red wine version, with 'red galaxies on the overlay', rather than the blue galaxies on the cobalt version, will be available for the same price. Only 250 of these wine red versions will be made avaiable. Sounds like the days of the rare red/blue SH-101s all over again...
