Superbooth 2025: Verbos Electronics - Voltage Multistage 16 Sequencer

US Analog sequencer with enhanced flexibility      10/05/25

We had a chat with Mark from Verbos, who introduced us to the Voltage Multistage 16 at Superbooth 2025. This latest module follows in the footsteps of the original version released a decade ago, now featuring a longer architecture and a different internal circuit design. Transitioning from the previous CMOS-based framework, the new version employs a discrete transistor approach, significantly enhancing performance capabilities. Voltage Multistage 16 allows stage selection with gates, providing flexibility for loop creation and sequence resets. Mark demonstrated how you could use individual gates for forming loops and introduced concepts like using secondary sequences or random gates. The module retains its dual-row layout and includes both traditional and newer resetting methods, allowing seamless integration of pitch and modulation control. Although still a prototype, Verbos aims for a launch around July.
