Isla Instruments SP2400 is a loving tribute to the original SP1200 - considered by many to be the finest drum machine ever made.

The SP2400 is a sample based drum machine and sample player with many specific features designed to make the groove work.

Jim talks to Brad Holland about the updates: double the voices for starters from 8 to 16 stereo and  8 stereo live loops. There are also plans to introduce more hardware enhancements such as a DSP card for internal FX, plus more analog filter processing.
