Superbooth 22: Knobula - Kickain And Poly Cinematic

Jason from Knobula welcomed us into his booth and let us see his new Kick module Kickain.

Kickain is the perfect pairing of a virtual analogue kick drum, reverb  and side chain compressor. Designed to work in tandem simplifying rhythmic control over the dynamics of the music and intelligently managing low frequency artefacts, clashing frequencies or overlapping transients.

Poly Cinematic, Knobula's flagship module gets a firmware upgrade. It's a powerful compact poly synth that's simple to use with a dedicated knob or switch for each parameter. It boasts 7 oscillators per voice across 8 voices, and all the oscillators can be detuned for massive supersaw and beyond sounds. It also has an 8 chord memory, so you can access polyphonic sounds via CV gate.

Kickain available now. Price  £320

Poly Cinematic available now. Price: £329
