Throughout March, Polyend have been teasing us relentlessly with their new Tracker and today's the day it is fully announced. And the preorder price is €449. Availability is obviously hard to be specific on right now.
Tracker is a hardware workstation based on the old school tracker workflow and a system that for many years was used to create sequenced music on PC mainly.
Tracker is a standalone audio workstation with sampling and sequencing capabilities, battery power and a large and from what we can see nicely deigned screen and UI. It has Sample, Wavetable and Granular synthesis, plus and FM radio for sampling options. MIDI can be used to play external gear as well as the onboard 8 tracks.
It goes without saying that Loopop has a fullsome 50+ minutes review/tutorial online already.
