Sinevibes Updates Six AU Plug-ins


Sinevibes has announced the release of updates for six of its Audio Unit plugins for Mac: Stream, Dispersion, Droplet, Hexonator, Flow and Molecule. They tell us that all of them feature stability and performance improvements and are recommended to all users. A spokesperson said, "Compatibility with older systems remains Sinevibes’ priority and all of these still work on Mac OS X as old as 10.6.8 Snow Leopard."

Details about each plugin’s improvements are listed below:

Stream 1.0.1

    • Added per-track randomization functions.
    • Step shifting now works only within the range of active taps, same as cloning.
    • More efficient modulation LFO algorithm.
    • Restored compatibility with macOS 10.6.8.
    • Added new factory presets.

Dispersion 1.0.4

    • More efficient modulation LFO algorithm.
    • Fixed validation issue in Logic on macOS 10.14.
    • Less obtrusive noise algorithm for plugin’s demo version.

Droplet 1.0.3

    • Fixed validation issue in Logic on macOS 10.14.
    • Less obtrusive noise algorithm for plugin’s demo version.

Hexonator 1.0.5

    • New interpolation algorithm that prevents possible endless feedback buildup.
    • Less obtrusive noise algorithm for plugin’s demo version.

Flow 2.0.1

    • Fixed validation issue in Logic on macOS 10.14.
    • Less obtrusive noise algorithm for plugin’s demo version.

Molecule 1.0.2

    • Fixed error in the chaos function which could crash Ableton Live 10.
    • Less obtrusive noise algorithm for plugin’s demo version.
