Studiologic says that, with its sophisticated Hammer-Action TP/100 keybed, four programmable MIDI zones, innovative controls and TFT color display, their new SL73 STUDIO is a perfect MIDI Controller for both stage and studio and a compact and highly portable alternative to the larger SL88 STUDIO. Here's more details in their own words...

The SL73 STUDIO's TP/100 keybed features three contacts per key with note-on and note-off velocity sensing, user-programmable key balance and six editable velocity curves making this a great MIDI controller for those who want a professional acoustic-piano playing experience. Studiologic's "Aftertouch" adds expression options for organ and synthesizer artists.

An intuitive control system with a 6-way control knob, three function buttons, three programmable stick controllers and a large 320x240 TFT color graphics display support four programmable MIDI Zones allowing the artist to play four MIDI instruments at one time. Downloadable editing and programming software permits real-time editing of all SL parameters.

Professional musicians can combine the SL73 STUDIO with a musical instrument keyboard such as Studiologic's Numa Compact 2x for a powerful two-keyboard setup that combines multiple piano, organ and synth sounds with the SL73's hammer-action keybed and MIDI control capabilities at a combined cost that rivals many single-instrument setups.

Produced in Italy, Studiologic's new SL73 STUDIO brings the highly versatile touch and playability of the renowned Studiologic SL line to a new level of portability.
