Kid Nepro, the Patch King , has announced Soundtrack Mix Version 1.5 for the Korg M3 workstations. Here's all the details that he hs sent us...
Korg M3 Volume #2 - Soundtrack/Film Mix Version 1.5 now includes an additional 16 fully KARMA-fied combis. Version 1.5 now contains a total 64 programs, 48 combis and over 60 megs of new samples - including over 100 new samples from Nepro's "Effectron" sound effect library. All well crafted to produce the highest quality sounds for the M3 series music workstations.
M3 Soundtrack has been a popular mix of sounds for composers doing television, film work or video game scoring and who require background effects, killer pads and synth sounds or unique rhythms not found in the M3 factory presets. Using KARMA generated effects, real time controls and the M3's sampling features Kid Nepro has created a wide assortment of different "atmospheres" that can be used as background to a video track. Many of the sounds can also be used in New Age or Synth type audio tracks. Version 1.5 adds several additional mixes.
As included in Kid Nepro's M3 Proto Rock collection, M3 Soundtrack also contains several new sampled drum patterns from their SP1200, Wavestation and KARMA sound collections - so when you turn on the M3 drum track you will find some cool new drum beats and sounds effects not found anywhere else.
Kid Nepro has programmed Soundtrack/Film mixes for the Korg Trinity, Triton and Karma keyboards. Now for the first time using the killer combination of new samples with KARMA technology - only found in the M3 (or it's big brother - OASYS), this is their most powerful collection of soundtrack sounds to date. This high quality collection is guaranteed to please anyone composing for film or video and in need of great sounds to inspire on your next project.
Pricing and Availability:
M3 Soundtrack is available for $60. US dollars. Or.. if you already own Kid Nepro's Soundtrack collection, you can update to version 1.5 for $10.
