Tucked under the ProjectMix IO on M-Audio's stand was a new version of the M-Audio ProKeys 88. The ProKeys 88 SX, features an 88 key keyboard but without the weighted hammer action, making it significantly more portable. Having said that, the 88 key SX still gives you a full range keyboard plus 8 mechanical keyboard sounds from the Prokeys 88, a USB MIDI interface, pitch and bend wheels, plus damper and sustain footpedal inputs. As this was the first time this unit was on display, we don’t have any pricing information as yet, you’ll need to stay tuned for forthcoming details.
