Reason delayed

US Dog ate my code..      19/06/00

When Reason, Propellerheads long-awaited software studio, was first shown in January a lot of people said it was ahead of its time. Unfortunately, it turns out they were right, and the Swedish developers have ann ounced a delay in the project; "The original plan was to ship Reason in the 2nd quarter of 2000. We now know that won't hold. The obvious thing to do in this situation would be to give you a new release date. But being a company not known for doing the obvious, we will not. Instead, you can monitor the progress on the Reason Watch pages. Here you will find weekly postings on the advancements of the project. Follow the process feature by feature, step by step. We know that a lot of people are anxious to get their hands on Reason 1.0. We sincerely regret having to prolong the wait like this. But it's all in a good cause. When Reason finally hits your hard drive, you won't be disappointed. And that's a promise we intend to keep."
