At NAMM 2024, Sonic State had the opportunity to interview Kevin from FL Studio about the new Kepler synthesizer. Inspired by the Juno-6, Kepler offers a range of features including the famous arpeggio section, LFO, DCOs with sub-oscillator and sub-noise, filters with high-pass and VCF, VCA, envelope, and chorus. One notable highlight is the vintage chorus, which has been so well-replicated that it has become a standalone plugin. Users have control over different modes, time delays, feedback, high-pass position, start phase, left-right phase relationship, modulation type, tempo syncing, noise, and noise gate. Kepler is included in the producer edition of FL Studio and is also available for download as a demo.
