The Dark Energy was a bit of a hit for Doepfer - a twin oscillator desktop synth with 2 LFOs, 2 ADSR and MIDI/CV/USB connectivity. I certainly enjoyed my time with it for the review we did.

However, turns out that some of the parts are no longer available, so Mr Doepfer has had to design around it. So while he was at it, he decided to tweak a couple of other bits and bobs. I'll let the good Doctor take it from here..
