Superbooth 2026: Deskrover Overdrive Saturation VoicAs

US Warm it up or destroy it entirely      09/05/26

At Superbooth 2026 we spoke with Dekel from VoicAs about their latest innovation, the Desk Rover, a multi-band overdrive saturation device. Departing from its predecessor, the Desk Presser, it offers a fresh take with three distinct bands--low, mid, and high. Each band allows for independent control over drive, volume, and mixing, providing flexibility for fine-tuning your sound.

Key features include individual band selection, the ability to solo or mute, and three clipping circuit options per band: LED, FET transistor, and Zener diode. The digital display showcases drive levels per band, while customizable frequency options refine each band further. The device also supports control voltage (CV) modulation, expanding its versatility for live or studio settings.

Priced at 700 euros for the Desk Presser, the Desk Rover's pricing is pending. Still, it's expected within the year. Its full analog path ensures authentic sound quality, making it a vital tool for enhancing audio with precision and nuance, suitable for both performance and production environments.
