Collection Of Metallic Hits

BOOM Library has announced the release of Cinematic Metal – Construction Kit (Remastered), which they describe as a powerful update to one of its most popular legacy titles. Here's the story in their own words...

One of BOOM's earliest releases, Cinematic Metal features a vast collection of metallic hits. It has been a favourite of sound designers working in top movies, TV, and games for over two decades.

The Remastered version is a sharper, cleaner, and more user-friendly version of the classic library, refreshed to meet today's sound design demands.

 Boom's Commitment To Their Users
Owners of the original Cinematic Metal – Construction Kit or the Cinematic Metal – Bundle receive the Remastered edition free of charge. They can download it in the LOADER application. This reflects BOOM Library's long-standing commitment to supporting audio professionals who rely on its tools every day. The Cinematic Metal – Designed version remains unchanged.

 Built For Real Sessions
The Cinematic Metal – Construction Kit Remastered includes a wide range of refinements:

• Filenames follow current UCS conventions.
• Updated stereo versions of the original files.
• All variations consolidated into a single long file for streamlined browsing and consistency with other Boom Libraries.
• Removal of "P3" sounds.
• Systematically denoised and gain-aligned to reduce prep time in post
• Updated metadata for faster, more accurate searches.

Cinematic Metal has been described by one top sound designer as "An excellent, excellent collection. With the Cinematic Metal library, you could almost do any high-end trailer with those alone." The Remastered Construction Kit builds on that legacy with numerous workflow improvements, cleaner presentation, and refined audio fidelity.
