Mini Reference Monitor In White

Avantone Pro has announced a new twist on the MixCube Active - they say that the indispensable mini-reference monitor is now offered in a brand-new White finish. Here's the story in their own words...

Since launch, the MixCube Active has become a staple of the modern studio. Designed to replicate the tonal quirks of bass-challenged playback devices -- TVs, mobile phones, laptops, wireless speakers, etc, this pocket-sized powerhouse delivers critical midrange insight that helps mixes translate across all listening environments.

Now in White!
Just when it was thought that the MixCube Active couldn't get any cooler, Avantone Pro delivers again. Alongside classic Black, Creme, and Red options, the new White variant offers a striking, modern aesthetic refresh -- perfect for studios seeking a minimalist, modern look while respecting desktop real estate.

Sanity saver in a mix
Ever nursed a mix until it sounded 'perfect' in the studio only to hear it fall apart on the radio or in the car? The MixCube Active keeps mixes honest.

Acoustics-first, no-nonsense design
Powered and shielded, the MixCube Active brings Class A/B amplification with a focused 5.25" full-range driver enclosed in a sealed 18 mm MDF cabinet. With specs like 60 W RMS, 200 Hz–10 kHz frequency range, 104 dB max SPL, and an industry-standard mic-stand mount, it's built for simplicity and precision.

Iconic heritage, modern upgrade
A long-time staple in studios worldwide, the MixCube Active honors the legacy of the classic cube-style monitor while introducing upgraded cabinet and amplifier engineering for smoother clarity and low-noise performance.

Pricing and Availability:
MixCube Active is currently available in Red, Black, and Creme. The new White variant begins shipping through Avantone Pro's global network of dealers and distributors (https://avantonepro.com/en/dealers/) in late September 2025 with a US MAP of $499.00 USD (pair)/$259.00 USD (single) and an EU SSP of €666.00 EUR inc. 19% VAT (pair).
