Respected Bass Amp Tone In Software

Aguilar Amplification has announced the launch of the Aguilar Plugin Suite, which they say introduces its legendary bass tone to the digital realm for the very first time. They say that, powered by Korg's advanced proprietary modeling, the suite delivers the authentic sound and feel of Aguilar's iconic amps, cabinets, and pedals seamlessly inside your DAW or as a standalone application.

Jordan Cortese, Brand Manager, Aguilar Amplification, told us, "The Aguilar Plugin Suite marks an exciting new chapter for us. It brings our iconic tone to a new generation of players and producers, crafted with the same passion and precision as our hardware. It's all about expanding access to the Aguilar experience--now just a click away."

Here's more details direct from the company...

Whether producing in the studio, tracking remotely, or streaming live, the Aguilar Plugin Suite offers the responsiveness and sonic depth of Aguilar's analog gear--with zero compromise. At its core is Korg's state-of-the-art modeling engine, meticulously engineered to replicate the nonlinear behavior and harmonic complexity of Aguilar's renowned circuits. From the warm, tube-driven DB 751 to the punchy AG 500, every nuance is captured with stunning realism--resulting in tone that breathes, blooms, and responds like the real thing.

The suite features a full lineup of Aguilar gear, including the AG, Tone Hammer, and DB 751 amps; SL and DB cabinets; and the complete pedal collection. Users can explore artist-crafted presets or shape their own signature sound with intuitive controls. Whether in a professional studio or on a laptop, the Aguilar Plugin Suite integrates effortlessly into any workflow.

Available in VST, AU, and AAX formats, it runs inside all major DAWs or as a standalone app. Compatible with macOS and Windows.
