MOBYGRATIS: Massive Archive of Royalty Free Music

US Artist shares 500 tracks as mp3s, wavs & multitracks      27/04/25

Moby - seemingly one of the most grounded and humble people in the music world has just gone a stage higher in those rankings by offering 500 of his own tracks for FREE! Each piece is created by him (no AI processing here) and intended to be used by filmmakers, musicians, students, influencers, choreographers, non profits, video editors, remixers, singers, gamers, animators, rappers et al. Here are the faq's if you want to see them

Here's what Moby said about the collection:

about 20 years ago i started a simple little website called mobygratis, with the idea of giving free music to indie filmmakers, students, and non-profits.

mobygratis had a few hundred free songs, and over the last 20 years the music has been used in over 10,000 short films, films, and projects.

but now...we just rebuilt the site and added...(drum roll)...500 new and unreleased songs.

and another drum roll; all of these are available as mp3, stereo wav, and multitrack. and the site is now searchable by genre, mood, and bpm.

to be clear; the music is free, no strings attached, and it's available for anyone who wants or needs music for anything; film, video, social media, choreography, remixing, singing, rapping, playing clarinet, gaming, etc etc.

so, please go to mobygratis.com and play around and let me know what you think!

oh, the music is intentionally left as instrumental so that people can add their own parts to the songs if they want.  and all music was made by me, no a.i involved in the process at all.
