SUPERBOOTH 2024: Erica Synths - ResonantEQ - Nightverb

At Superbooth 2024 we met up once again with Girts from Erica Synths, who gave us a glimpse of some new things, namely ResonantEQ, a Eurorack module which first appeared six years ago, but is now revitalised, and Nightverb, a desktop reverb unit.

ResonantEQ is intended to inject some new blood into the Eurorack ecosystem. It is an hybrid analogue and digital module, with an analogue resonant eq with digital control over the parameters, and CV control over each band allowing for a wide range of possible applications, including turning the EQ into a multimode filter.

Nightverb, developed in collaboration with Netherlands-based 112dB, has a custom algorithm intended to avoid emulating any classic reverbs but instead produce a reverb with its own character and fully hands-on control.
