The Prodigy's 'Fat Of The Land' album is one of the most incendiary records released in the breakbeat era of the late 90s. Liam Howlett's talents as a producer are not only at their most ominous and explosive, but melodically it's also a masterpiece. Here we have an insight into the latter, from ixi music - looking at how suspense, tension, and human psychology are used to create the high energy sounds, brimming with darkness.
