Arturia - Augmented Brass Is out

US Hybrid samples and synthesis brass focussed      02/05/23

Arturia has released a new instrument in the Augmented range -  Augmented BRASS. The library includes a variety of samples, from full orchestral brass to chamber horns and trumpets, as well as additional synth engines that can be used to augment traditional brass sounds - hence the name. The interface has been updated with new features like individual part panning and keyboard offset, based on user feedback.

To celebrate the launch of Augmented BRASS, Arturia is offering limited-time introductory discounts for both new and existing users. In addition, they are releasing a bundle of three sound banks called the Cinematic Trio, featuring dynamic film-scoring presets. This bundle will be available at a discounted price for owners of other Arturia instruments, or free for new buyers of these instruments. Users can login to Arturia's website to unlock their exclusive discounts, which will be available until May 11th.

The Augmented BRASS library includes versatile presets, allowing users to choose from hundreds of expertly-crafted sounds, from familiar brass timbres to experimental sounds, designed for every style. With the morph control and quick-fire macros, it's easy to make sweeping changes to any sound or alter key sonic characteristics. The library also features deep sound design capabilities, enabling users to fine-tune their sample and synth layers and add custom modulation, arpeggiation, effects, and macros all in one place. Overall, Augmented BRASS is a powerful tool for modern music production, offering a wide range of brass sounds and flexible controls.
