Artist Parodies: Autechre, Burial, and Armin Van Buuren

When artists reach levels of cult status, fans can get caught up in the mystique and folklore surrounding their releases, collaborations, and day to day existence. Good then that we have people making parody videos to shine some comedy from the shrouds of darkness - where, in the case of Autechre, they find themselves contemplating their friendship, trapped inside a Max MSP patch, and hearing some insightful sound bites from Aphex Twin him (her) self. 

Autechre are not the only ones to be parodied; a few years ago we got a behind the scenes look at a day in the life of (Metal Gear Solid 2 fan) Burial:

 

Armin van Burren is less of a cult figure, more of a superstar DJ but he's still ripe for a parody:
