Ambient artist Steve Roach launches 'The Immersion Zone'

US 24 hours of streaming ambient music and soundscapes      12/02/21

Steve Roach (not to be confused with Steve Reich) is an ambient artist from the USA with an extensive back catalog of electronic, ambient and spaced-out music. This week, he's launched 'The Immersion Zone' a place to enjoy his music online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - described as a "streaming sanctuary of deep sonic submersions and infinitely evolving visual apparitions".

He's done numerous live performances available on his youtube channel, with slowly evolving and expansive soundscapes. He's a master of using synths with subtlety and restraint, not as easy as it looks. Tune into The Immersion Zone any time by visiting his YouTube channel.

About the author [midierror]: midierror makes nifty Max For Live devices, innovative music hardware, award winning sample packs and hosts a podcast speaking to people in the music world.
