The organisers of Synthplex, the Electronic Music event in Burbank, LA have just announced that synth/ music technology legend Thomas Dolby will be performing at their 1st Gala banquet, hosted at the Burbank Marriott And Conference Centre 30th March.

Dolby will be performing a selection of his finest works, along with a narrative and talk about his songs, sounds and lyrics. Anyone who's read his excellent autobiography "The Speed Of Sound" will be especially interested.

Tickets to the dinner are limited to 300 and as well as a sumptuous dinner, there will be a keynote speaker, and of course the Thomas Dolby performance.

Early bird tickets to the four day event and Gala Banquet are available until Feb 28th at a discounted price of $99 (including dinner!), from the Synthplex Ticketing page.

Synthplex runs from 28th-31st March and is an event aiming to make its mark on the conference circuit.
