MESSE 2018: CHRT Synthesizer - A True Analogue Monophonic Valve Synthesizer

US A Tube synth designed mainly for use with a wind controller      11/04/18

The CHRT Synthesizer from Petr Venkrbec is a truly unique instrument. Designed initially for a wind controller such as the Yamaha WX5 or Akai EWI, the CHRT employs tubes to create the sound. It is designed to give a full access to the electronic sound and it not designed to sound like an acoustic instrument.

The CHRT Synthesizer was developed by a saxophonist in search of an instrument with a distinct and true analogue sound which could be played with the same satisfaction as an acoustic wind instrument. However with a slight firmware change the instrument can easily be played by keyboard players or sequencers.
