Taylor McFerrin Live With Prophet 6 On KEXP

US Ableton, Prophet 6 and Rhodes      15/03/18

Taylor McFerrin is a DJ, Producer, keyboard player, producer and beatboxer - and yes he is the son of the legendary Bobby McFerrin. Here he performs a kind of hybrid fusion/electronica set on KEXP - a Seattle based non profit arts organization specializing in listener driven musical content. - A great channel well worth checking out and supporting - check out this Nils Frahm performance too.

In this set Taylor is playing the DSI Prophet 6, Rhodes (73?) combined with Ableton Live and an Akai APC40 MKII - by the looks of it he builds up on basic sketches recording and looping additional parts live.
