Look Mum No Computer DIY sequencer

Simple 8 step DIY sequencer based on the Arduino platform      21/11/17

In the synth DIY community, using a 4017 CMOS Decade Counter is one of the more popular ways of making a sequencer because of its simplicity, Unfortunately its pretty limited. Is there a better alternative? Well Arduino is a good choice. In the latest episode of Look Mum No Computer's crazy synth DIY adventures, He shows you how to take a standard Arduino Nano and transform it into an 8 Step sequencer, Great for driving synths or the synth DIY favourite, A 40106 oscillator.
Featuring 8 steps with CV/Gate , Forward and Backward sequence direction and 8 arcade buttons for manual triggering of each step when no clock is present, It really is a lot of fun and well worth having a go at building yourself.
