The Digitakt was first announced at NAMM this year and although we got a good look at it and an explanation of the feature set we weren't able to get any audio demos... So we were very happy that Elektron were finally able to give us a proper demo with the their groovebox wizard Cenk at the controls.

The Digitakt is a new direction for Elektron, as well as the form factor being slightly different the Digitakt has loads of updated hardware!

Digitakt features a digital and highly flexible sound engine, sampling capability, a live-friendly sequencer, the means to control external MIDI gear, and Overbridge support.
