U-he are renowned for their impressive software synthesizers, truly powerful, cutting edge synthesis and DSP work has made them one of the heavy weights. But of course with such power comes CPU load - quite rightly, and Hive has been created to bring the U-He sound into a more manageable level of DSP load.
Hive was made to be fast and simple, with a single page UI, yet able to create complex, modern voices. We asked top-drawer sound designer Ben Crosland to give it the once over.
U-He Hive is available now in VST (Mac/PC), AU and AAX formats priced at $149 (+VAT in the EU)
