The Red Bull Music Academy continues to capture interviews with some of the most innovative artists of our time, including Dr Peter Zinovieff at a recent London event.

Zinovieff founded the experimental Electronic Music Studios, which created the VCS3 synthesizer, among others, changing the sound of electronic music along the way. EMS synths have been notably used by Bowie, Eno, Pink Floyd and Kraftwerk, among others.

In this excert from the interview, Zinovieff talks about creating the studio and working with other electronic music pioneers, including Delia Derbyshire.

The full interview isn't up yet, but there are many other archived videos available at the Red Bull site.
