Fixes and changes in v1.01 (PC):
- Plug-in does not longer output a feedback noise in hosts which do not clear output buffers
- Effect buffers are cleared on 'stop/suspend'
- Full version does not longer crash if 'cancel' is pressed in keyfile dialogue.
