g200kg have released a major revision of their Vocov VSTi Vocoder which is now in version 2.01. They describe Vocov as a Digital/Analog Hybrid Vocoder. It has two completely different vocoding engines which work simultaneously. The FFT based Digital vocoder engine can create clear speech and the FilterBanked Analog vocoder engine is more for rough robotic sounds. An internal 2OSC synth can be used for the carrier, while up to 4 .wav files or an another audio track signal can be used for the modulator.
The built-in synth now has VCF and AR Envelopes. The envelope is not so important for vocoding but the carrier can be selected as an output by output mixer. In addition, reverb has been added to the effect section.
