US Sonic Charger introduces the Automatik patch library      19/06/06
Sonic Charger has unveiled it's very first patch collection for a software synthesizer.
Automatik is a sound library for the Automat synthesizer available for Mac (both Power PC and Intel). Sonic Charger tell us that, despite being free, Automat can sound really fat and massive and can provide some really amazing sounds thanks to it's multi-mode shaper section and programmable modulators.
According to Sonic Charger, the library includes a wide range of sounds, covering everything from vintage analog and digital classics to truly unique arpeggiating basslines, shining pads and morphing synths, as well as electronic beatbox loops, synth drum/percussion sounds and oldschool sci-fi effects.
The Automatik info page features a demo and owner's manual with sound list and complete installation instructions. At this moment it features 72 patches, but Sonic Charger plan extending it in the near future with lifetime free updates to all owners.
