Press release from RKS RKS, creators of an innovative line open-architecture electric guitars, today announced the introduction of a new line of amps. The RKS112 combo and the 212 combo amps are hand wired and offer all tube design. Both products deliver on high-performance through their American made components and innovative features, such as the separate reverb system incorporated into design of the amp. "The RKS amps deliver a clean, high-quality sound to both live and studio performances," said Paul Janowski, vice-president of manufacturing for RKS. "The addition of the 112 and 212 amps to our current line of guitars gives RKS a solid presence in the market." Product Features
The RKS 112 has 18 watts, a single 12-inch speaker, foot-switchable boost, 3-band equalizer balanced direct output, and a separate reverb stage that has its own 8" side firing speaker. The RKS 212 has 50 watts, two 12-inch speakers, foot-switchable boost, 3 band equalizer, balanced direct output, and a separate reverb stage that has its own 8" side firing speaker. Cabinets are solid pine with deluxe covering, unique grill cover designs, and feature cast aluminum end panels that contain trim that can be finished to match select RKS guitar finishes.
