Eiður, the developer of Etude, tells us that it's a music game released on Steam for Windows and macOS where up to six players can improvise together in a shared harmonic space. Here's what he has to say about it...

The notes they play determine which roots and scales are currently in bounds, so players continually reshape the musical rules (the Band Consensus) as they perform. You can play directly with a MIDI keyboard or build and trigger loops using a computer keyboard. There are ranked matches, an unscored mode for jamming, and solo practice.
