This Is Not Rocket Science BigFish Synth

TiNRS have been making modules for some time, we looked at their Bopp and Steve deconstructed reverb last year, and they have been the recipient of our Best Modular at Superbooth 24 for the Geometric Anomaly  module.

What they have also been doing is planning a shift to making a standalone synthesizers, and tooling up for a new, high resolution custom keybed with polyphonic aftertouch and adjustable tension and full travel sensors, called the Bink keybed. We had a look at Machina Bristronica  last time.

They have started talking about their BigFish synthesizer  on their Instagram this week - BigFish looks to be working with DSP for a modular approach - they say its conceptually in the same vein as the Nord Modular - though with the ability to build the features and routings you want on the unit itself rather than requiring an editor. It will be polyphonic and Stijn likened its capabilities to "100 Fenixes". It's something TiNRS have been working towards for many years.

We'll have to wait for a bit though, we asked if they were bringing any prototypes to Superbooth in May: "next year" was the answer.
