In that time they've put out over 260 records, signing the likes of Quantic, Bonobo, Flowdan, Hot 8 brass Band, Alice Russel, Moonchild, and many more, as well as being crowned Gilles Peterson 'Label of The Year' along the way. 

We discuss how Rob A&Rs the label, how they've evolved since they started, how they make money from sync licenses, and how the minefield of clearing samples has worked (or not) over the years. Rob's Unfold Radio show has been running for 2 decades, showcasing the finest talent on the label, as well as dropping some of his own VIP Dubplates - well worth a listen.
