New Sounds For Arturia Pigments

Rocky Mountain Sounds has announced the release of Shades – a trio of sound collections for Arturia Pigments created by Paris-based sound designer Trajectoire. They say that each edition offers a unique take on ambient expression and cinematic potential, brought to life with rich textures, evolving motion, and full MPE support. Here's more details in their own words...

Crafted by Trajectoire, the Shades series explores the emotional power of synthesis through ambient pads, plucked pulses, bowed tones, and experimental gestures – all designed for expressive performance and immersive sound design in Arturia Pigments.

Shades Complete – Pigments + MPE
The full vision of the series, Shades Complete delivers 190 presets (110 standard + 80 MPE) spanning ambient soundscapes, motion-rich keys, and atmospheric pads. An ideal toolkit for cinematic scoring, ambient production, and expressive electronic music.

Shades Blue – Pigments + Unify Enhanced
A focused snapshot from the collection, Shades Blue offers curated presets with Unify enhancements – perfect for those exploring the Shades palette for the first time or looking for a modular entry point.

Shades Green – Pigments
This add-on or standalone mini-pack expands the sonic story with a fresh set of sounds, textures, and tonal moods. Included in Shades Complete, but also available on its own for flexibility.

Each collection includes PlugInGuru Unify Enhancements
MPE support included where noted
