Among the strangest audio based recent news stories was this one citing Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation as a hard disk destroyer. Adam Neely presents just how the bassline from the track is able to physically affect certain hard drives through a unique mechanical resonances. In this case, youtuber Dave's Garage did a video himself on using 66 Hz to create a hard drive failure.
