Bvr-Instruments, a new manufacturer, has been in touch to tell us that their aim is to make innovative products and their first one is the TS1, which they describe as a Eurorack trigger sequencer with CV/gates and midi interface. Here's the details in their own words...
The TS1 from Bvr-instruments is a trigger/sequencer that combines :
- A set of 4 sequences for notes of 64 steps, 99 patterns with A/B parts.
- A set of 2 sequences for drums with 4 track each of 64 steps, 99 patterns with A/B parts.
Note : Sequences for notes are composed of 3 monophonic and 1 polyphonic.
All sequences are played via Midi and Cv/Gate for sequences 1,2 and triggers 1-4 + 1extra track on EXT2 wich alternates output with clock.With the 49 song patterns containing up to 24 scenes, you can replay your recorded scenes among 99 and repeat them up to 8 times each to create original compositions.
The TS1 is built around an OLED screen that allows you to view and edit your scores according to an inovative parameter matrix display. Creative function for random, reverse and shift sequences included.
A central selector makes it possible to quickly select the partition on which we are going to intervene. Limited buttons number to easy workflow.
Pattern presets are included to start playing your music instruments.
