Samples From Mars has been in touch to tell us that they are currently offering free SP 1200 drum samples.

A spokesperson told us, "We recorded factory drum samples from the SP 1200, modified drum sounds from a variety of analog drum machines (808, 707, 909, vinyl drums, and more), as well as a variety of analog synths (Juno 60, Polysix, DX-100)--all processed through the SP 1200. We used a variety of analog gear (API, ISA 430 Mk2, tape, etc), processed the samples, and turned the results into a free sample pack, with custom instruments for Ableton, Logic, and Kontakt."
