PeacePoti, a small music gear company based in Vienna, Austria, has been in touch to inform us of the launch of PeacePoti Push.
Spokesperson, Mike, told us, "Our story started back in 2020 with a simple problem on guitar pedalboards: carefully dialled-in settings getting changed by accident. That led us to develop the original PeacePoti, a protective knob that's been keeping musicians' settings safe ever since – more than 25,000 of them are on pedalboards and amps today. Now we've taken that concept in a new direction, with synths, keyboards and modular setups in mind right from the start. It's called PeacePoti Push – a fully mechanical, retractable knob designed to keep your settings right where you want them. Press it and the knob pops up, ready to dial in your sound. Push it back down and it sits safely recessed, protected from accidental changes. It combines the proven protection of the original PeacePoti with the convenience of our new press-to-adjust mechanism – a whole new way to interact with your gear."
Here's the official press release...
PeacePoti Push: A knob you can trust. One push to adjust.
A whole new way to interact with your gear. PeacePoti Push introduces a fully mechanical, retractable control knob that gives you direct access when you need it and protects your settings when you don't. Designed and made in Vienna. Launching on Kickstarter on 3 November 2026.Vienna, Austria -- Once you've dialled in your sound, you often want it to stay that way. PeacePoti Push keeps your settings safe, so a cable, a stray hand or a case can't ruin your sound. And when you want to make an adjustment, it feels as natural as turning any other knob.
The idea is simple: press the knob and it pops up, ready to adjust by hand. Once the setting is right, push it back down and it sits protected inside its casing. The outer casing stays fixed while protecting the inner adjustable knob. The entire mechanism is mechanical. No modifications needed.
From analog synths, keyboards and modular setups to effects pedals and other music gear, Push was designed for a wide range of equipment from the start.
The original PeacePoti first launched on Kickstarter in 2020 with protective control knobs for guitar pedals. Since then, more than 25,000 knobs have been shipped, including for professional touring rigs of artists such as Creed, Alter Bridge, Three Days Grace and Yungblud. Push expands the PeacePoti range with a new way to access and adjust a control, while the original model remains available.
Developed and made in-house in Vienna, PeacePoti Push features a fully mechanical, patent-pending mechanism. It replaces the existing knob without requiring any modification. Alongside the version secured by the potentiometer's nut, an adhesive option for PCB-mounted potentiometers will also be available through the Kickstarter campaign.
