US Eradicating fret noise & false harmonics      01/10/26

Ever wondered how some bands sound so CLEAN and PRISTINE? This trick from NOFX is an intriguing way of eradicating fret noise and false harmonics. The tip explains how removing the D and B strings while keepoing the low and high E strings (to maintain tension) means that no artifical harmonics are produced. The D string is then moved to the A slot, with a little bit of DIY adjustment, to complete the overhaul - fascinating stuff, do you have any other tips?
