Spectral Stereo Sculptor

US SoundGhost Orbit is designed for pulling static instruments and mixes into motion.      15/09/26

SoundGhost has released Orbit, a AU/VST3 effect plugin for Mac & Windows. This is what they have to say about it...

Orbit blends precise stereo control with organic movement, offering everything from subtle, musical sway to wild, chaotic stereo motion. Split your signal into Low, Mid and High bands for independent motion, drive each band's Position, Width and Volume with 9 modulation shapes for constantly evolving character, or push Orbit's mod rings into saturation for warped, overdriven movement. Built for those who like their stereo image tight, wide, or completely unpredictable. All wrapped in SoundGhost's signature minimalist design.

Features:

  • 3-band stereo sculptor plugin (vst3/au)
  • split your signal into low, mid and high bands with 2 draggable crossover points
  • independently pan, widen and volume-modulate each frequency band
  • 9 modulation shapes per band, including a live envelope follower
  • free-rate or tempo-synced modulation
  • live stereo field and spectrum view with a mono-correlation reference
  • one-click randomise and reset per band for fast experimentation
  • includes presets with custom preset functionality
  • midi control and automation supported
  • plugin window resize functionality
  • native apple silicon support
  • windows (VST3) and mac support (AU+VST3)
