The Magic Miniot Wheel 3

We're back with Techmoan (it's been a while) this time looking at the Miniot Wheel 3 - a pretty unusual vertical turntable. The record player is able to identify separate tracks, which can be skipped and the cartridge has an optical component to it - a costly thing to replace at over £400! Still if you want a bespoke conversation piece at home, and you have £2.5k to spend, that's probably ok. Some of the other stories we've covered from Techmoan are here.

Here are more details:

Wheel 3 is a revolutionary high-end analog turntable with an analog optical stylus. It plays vinyl records from the back. All delicate technology is mounted inside, putting the record in front. Wheel 3 plays LP's, singles and 10 inch records at 33,3 or 45 rpm. It can be placed flat on a table, set upright on a stand, or mounted on a wall.
