UVI Synth Anthology 5 Now Has 300 Synths

US And dual layer engine      02/07/26

UVI's  library of sampled hardware synthesizers reaches its fifth version with 300 instruments spanning the 1970s to today, and a new engine that lets you stack any two of them into one voice.

The concept has always been the same: real hardware, sourced, serviced and captured through proper signal chains, then programmed by UVI's own team. Version 5 increases the count to 300 synths and over 6,000 presets drawn from more than 16,000 samples.

  • 100+ additional synthesizers, 1,000+ sound layers, 16,000+ new samples and 300 new presets
  • Dual-layer architecture - combine any two of the 300 synths into a single hybrid voice, with the blend itself modulatable
  • Analog Drift, a control that dials in small instabilities and circuit imperfection - useful if you find sampled synths sit too still compared to the real thing
  • Two hardware-modelled filters: a Ladder and a VCF4023
  • Polyphonic sequencer mode with per-step note repeat
  • Proximity Explorer, which analizses a loaded sound and finds eight related voices to audition

Runs 64-bit standalone via Falcon or the free UVI Workstation, works across all the usual DAWs, and authorises to 3 machines or iLok keys simultaneously.

The dual-layer engine is a big change for anyone who already owns an earlier version -you can now  blend, say, a Juno and a DX voice into one patch and modulating the mix between them.

Pricing and availability

Out now at $89 / 89€ (regularly $149 / 149€) through July 20th, 2026. Synth Anthology 4 owners upgrade for $49 / 49€ over the same window, and SonicBundle owners get an extra $10 / 10€ voucher on top.
