GearExpo UK 2026: Eventide H9 Pedal

At GearExpoUK26, we spoke to Matt from Source Distribution about the Eventide H9 Gen 2 pedal, which has recently hit the market with notable advancements over its predecessor. The core concept revolves around enhanced processing capabilities, thanks to its inclusion of an ARM multi-core processor. This advancement allows the H9 Gen 2 to manage more complex algorithms from the Eventide repertoire, which were previously restricted to higher models.

Key features include a revamped navigation system with simplified controls for ease of access to its 1,000 presets and 74 algorithms. This model offers customizable parameters through switchable presets, expanded macro control capabilities, and MIDI integration for versatile connectivity.

The H9 Gen 2 works for both desktop use and live performance and is Priced at £599 

The pedal will be available in stores across the UK imminently.
