Superbooth 2026: Artemis Synthesizer Update Dreadbox

We had a chat with Orfeas at Dreadbox who presented their Firmware update for Artemis at Superbooth 2026

The new firmware update introduces a modulation matrix, allowing extensive control over LFOs and envelopes. The update also includes advanced visual feedback for parameter settings, making it easier to view and edit modulation values directly.

Innovative features like the peak view mode allow you to check parameter values without altering their settings, optimizing control during performances. Additionally, reverb algorithms have been upgraded, broadening the stereo field, and the delay capabilities have been boosted with the new resonating BBD delay.

The updated firmware for Artemis is expected to be available soon.
