Superbooth 2026: Doepfer New 1U Modules

At Superbooth 2026, we had a chat with Holger from Doepfer who gave us a look at their latest 1U modules, addressing both studio and performance needs. The core highlight is a new 152, 155.2 sequencer, previously released but now reimagined in a convenient 1U format. It retains its core functionality, including the ratcheting feature, but now offers a clearer directional flow from left to right. The 1U quantizer module complements this with an 8HP size and doubles as a CV gate interface, featuring TRS MIDI input and control voltage outputs.

Also introduced are a six-channel mixer with assignable outputs, a 132 linear exponential dual VCA, and envelope modules with decay functionalities that can be looped. A triple-row P7 case designed for live performance and studio robustness was presented, with incorporated power and a removable lid. The anticipated products are slated for release around June or July.
