Shreddage 3 Electro Sitar

Impact Soundworks have announced the release of Shreddage 3 Electro Sitar - a Kontakt instrument with the sound of sitar, and the functionality of a guitar in plugin form.  The collection makes up over 30,000 samples, with guitar and harp strings to pluck, with sustains, legatos, staccatos, harmonics, pitched and unpitched releases, palm mutes, chokes, powerchords, and assorted fx. There are also 38 production-ready tone snapshots - more details in the manual and below...

The signature sound of the psychedelic era is now available in the powerful Shreddage 3 engine! Shreddage 3 Electro Sitar brings you an instrument that has inspired musicians across genres for decades, with the distinctive buzzy tone and resonance of an Indian sitar and the playability of a six-string electric guitar. The unique tone comes from a carefully designed bridge that the strings rest on to create the signature sitar 'buzz' as well as a set of harp drone strings that can resonate with the main strings or be plucked individually. Warm, intense, and best for leads and melodies.
